8. Manage and implement research projects from start to finish by preparing technical proposals, developing contracts, and acting the validation or verification work to ensure project’s efficient completion.

9. Lead staffs in related project in planning project activities, tasks and end results including work breakdown, estimates, responsibilities, schedules and budgets.
